CHEF GREG PARISH

Executive Chef

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Executive Chef Greg Parish is the creative visionary behind Gourmet Royale. He elevates food into a fully immersive experience—where every detail matters and every bite is intentional. Educated at Dallas Baptist University and trained at Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, Chef Greg creates his own brand of Southern cuisine with a unique blend of the culinary influences represented in Texas including Tex-Mex, Cajun and Creole as well as traditional Southern fare.

Chef Greg grew up working in the food service industry with his parents, who were both successful caterers. Working with them, he discovered his passion for food.

Now with more than 30 years’ experience, Chef Greg is an award-winning vendor at the iconic State Fair of Texas. He has also been featured on The Food Network, The Cooking Channel, The Discovery Channel, A&E Network and featured in the Southern Dallas Magazine, Voyage Dallas Magazine and D Magazine as well as several local news channels and radio stations.
